At Yours Jewellery, every piece is handcrafted and personalised especially for you. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
No Refunds on Personalised Items
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our jewellery, all personalised and custom-engraved pieces are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. This includes all items engraved with a name, quote, date, or any other personalised detail.
We kindly ask that you double-check all personalisation details (spelling, dates, names) before submitting your order, as we are unable to make changes once production has begun.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a technical error on our part, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you.
To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@yoursjewelrey.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
Non-Personalised Items
For any non-personalised items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
