Crafting Period

As all our pieces are made to order, please allow 2 business days for your item to be crafted and quality-checked before it is dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

We ship nationwide across Malaysia via trusted local couriers. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

• Peninsular Malaysia: 3 – 5 business days
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5 – 7 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
